People of the Jewish neighborhood have expressed they are "taken aback but not caught off guard" in the wake of the devastating incident at a house of worship in the urban area.

Several individuals died and multiple others are in medical facilities after a individual drove a car at people of the general population before stabbing individuals close to the local synagogue in the neighborhood.
